Chief Executive Officer

With more than 20 years of operations and investment experience in technology and media, Nick has made important

contributions to the transformation of TV and digital video advertising. Under his leadership, Cadent has reinvented itself as a global provider of end-to-end, data-driven advertising, technology, and media solutions for a rapidly changing video marketplace. Previously, Nick was CEO of BlackArrow, now part of Cadent. Prior to that, Nick held senior positions in business development at Yahoo, Maven Networks (acquired by Yahoo in 2008), and ClearStory Systems.

Jonathan Batt
Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan is responsible for directing all finance and accounting functions at Cadent. Since 2008, he has been

a member of the senior management team of Cross MediaWorks (now Cadent). Previously, Jonathan served as Senior Vice President of Finance at TeleAmerica and was instrumental in its growth and acquisition by Cross MediaWorks in 2008. In both organizations, he has worked with company executives and directors to develop, evaluate, and strategic objectives. Earlier in his career, Jonathan managed the finance department of Fox Rothschild LLP, a national legal firm.

Stephanie Mitchko-Beale
CTO and COO

Stephanie provides day-to-day leadership in the development and execution of strategic initiatives

at Cadent. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Video Infrastructure Software at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she was responsible for development technology to support video on demand and advanced interactive applications for digital television and broadband. During her 15 years at Cablevision, Stephanie was a pioneer in the deployment of advanced advertising applications, such as telescoping, addressable targeting, and dynamic ad insertion. In 2013, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences awarded her an Emmy for her work on Cablevision's iO Interactive Television and a Technical Emmy for her work on Cablevision's iO Interactive Optimum Digital Cable. Stephanie is a guest lecturer at NYU/Stern Graduate School and serves on the NYU Poly Enterprise Learning Board.

Jim Tricarico
President, Cadent Network

Jim brings more than three decades of experience in media sales and management to his role at Cadent.

Previously, he spent 12 years at Nickelodeon Networks—most recently as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing—leading television ad sales for Nickelodeon, Nick@Nite, Nick Jr., TeenNick, Nicktoons Network, and its video-on-demand offerings. Prior to that, Jim was Chief Revenue Officer at Screenvision. In addition to his extensive career in video, Jim has held senior sales management positions at high-profile print media organizations, including the New York Times, Dow Jones, and Barron’s.

Michael Bologna

Michael is co-founder of one2one Media, now part of Cadent. With over two decades of

television experience, he has worked with 200+ brands, successfully growing innovation and technology in the TV advertising marketplace. Prior to joining one2one Media, Michael launched MODI Media, GroupM’s Advanced Television business unit, where he specialized in the strategy, implementation, and analysis of advanced video disciplines, including addressable TV, hyper-local TV, interactive TV, and digital distribution. Previously, Michael was Managing Partner, Director of Emerging Communications at GroupM, where he assisted in the development of marketing and advertising applications for GroupM clients across all advanced television platforms. He currently serves on the Interactive Advertising Board and Video Advertising Board.

Jamie Power
COO, one2one Addressable

As co-founder of one2one Media, now part of Cadent, Jamie believes in the power of data to drive

precision audience-targeting. Before starting one2one Media, Jamie was Managing Partner at MODI Media, GroupM's Advanced Television group, where she led the buildout of the advertising platform/model at TouchTunes Interactive Networks, a digital music company. Jamie started her career more than a decade earlier at GroupM’s MEC. As a strategic planner across multiple fast-paced categories—including entertainment, retail, QSR, and consumer electronics—she worked for clients such as LG, Lionsgate, and Pizza Hut. In 2017, Broadcast & Cable listed Jamie as a Multichannel News Wonder Woman and as a Digital All-Star. In 2018, she was named Media Executive of the Year by GABBCON and a Top Women in Digital by Cynopsis.

Paul Alfieri
Chief Marketing Officer

Paul Alfieri oversees marketing strategy for the company’s portfolio of advanced advertising technology

solutions. Prior to joining Cadent, Paul was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Turn—a software platform for audience planning, media execution, and real-time analytics—until its acquisition by Singtel in April 2017. Previously, Paul oversaw corporate marketing, communications, and investor relations at Limelight Networks, a provider of web content acceleration and digital presence management solutions. At Motorola, Inc., he led communications and marketing for the mobile device and cable infrastructure divisions and managed the corporation’s investor relations. He has also held account management roles within the family tree of Interpublic Group agencies and at Garfield Group. Paul serves on the Ad Council’s Board of Directors.

Eoin joins Cadent with more than 20 years of experience at global technology companies,

including DoubleVerify, DoubleClick, and FloNetwork. Most recently, Eoin was with the multiscreen ad company, Collective, where he led product technology and marketing teams in support of the company’s programmatic advertising offering. Prior to that, Eoin was Chief Strategy Officer at MediaMath, a leader in programmatic marketing technology, where he led product strategy and business development.

Armand Fabiano
Head of People and Talent

Through relevant and scalable people programs, Armand focuses on creating and retaining a cohesive

culture across Cadent. Previously, he served as Head of Global Talent at then-startup gyro, a full-service creative agency, which grew to 13 offices worldwide and nearly 600 employees during his nine-year tenure. Prior to his leadership role at gyro, Armand integrated the global IT services group at Interpublic, partnered with tech startup e-Exchange, and built people operations at ad agency Bozell Worldwide.
